Hello Friends, Today i am going to show, How to apply a driving licence online and get it. There is a two step to get a driving licence. First step is to Apply Learner Licence(LLR) and Second Step is to Apply Driving Licence(Test). In this post(Part 1), i will show to How to Apply a Learner Licence and print it in online. Lets Get Started.
Steps to Follow:
- Open Sarathi From here – Click Here and then Select your state.
- Now Click on Learner Licence > Application For New Learner Licence.
- Now Click on Continue and Select “Applicant does not hold Driving/ Learner Licence” and then click submit.
- Now Fill the Form like below.
- Click on Submit. and then Print Acknowledgement, Form 1 and Application form(pre filled).
- Click on Next > Proceed > Submit > OK.
- Now You need to Upload 3 Forms. For Age Proof Upload TC/Mark sheet or Age Certificate from Govt Doctors.
- The Document Size Should be in below 200KB. You can use Right Click Resizer for this. Resizer support check is in Bottom.
- For Address proof Upload Aadhaar Card/ Voter ID.
- For Form 1, Print the Form 1 which you already downloaded and Tick (No,Yes,No,Yes,No,No,No) then sign and upload it.
- Now Click Next and then click Proceed for Fee payment.
- Select the Payment Gateway as SBI and Pay the Fee Payment by using your any Netbanking/Card/UPI
- Now Print the Fees Receipt and Click Next.
- Enter Your Date of Birth and Click Submit.
- Now Click Submit for LL Slot Book. Now Enter the Security Code which received from your mobile number and then click submit.
- Click Proceed to Book and Select the Date When you can go to RTO Office.
- Select the Slot and Click Book Slot.
- Now Click Conform to Slot Book and Print the Slot Booked Page.
- Now You have Completed the All Steps.
Documents Required For LLR:

Take the Documents Like below Orders.
- Fees Receipt Print
- Acknowledgement Print
- Application form(pre filled) (Put the Photo and Sign in 3rd Page)
- Form 1 Print (Tick and put the Sign)
- Slot Booked Print.
- Age Proof Xerox and Original
- Address Proof Xerox and Original
- Blood Group Certificate
- They May Ask Vehicle RC Book, Insurance, Pollution Certificate and NOC
How to Fix the Issues:
- To Fix All Common Problem Go to Apply Online > Application Status
- To Fix Uploaded Document Issue, Go to Upload Documents >Upload Documents/ Scanned Images and Enter Your Application Number / DOB
- To Fix Fees Payment Issue , Go to Fee/Payments Or Verify Pay Status.
- To Fix Or Change Slot Book Issue, Go to Appointments > Learners Licence Test.
